We want you to be happy. Period. Blooming Lotus will gladly replace or refund any defective product. Call our toll-free number, 866-444-4735, or e-mail us at customerservice@bloominglotus.com, and we will arrange for a replacement. If you are dissatisfied with a non-defective product, we would love to help you find something to better suit your needs. Please note, you will be responsible for shipping costs on returns of non-defective goods. If you purchased our products from a retail store, please return the item to the store for a refund or replacement. If you have received goods damaged during shipping, please call us immediately. Save the box and packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
 
Order Processing and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We ship UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and shipping charges are determined by weight and destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout, at which time you may choose your shipping method.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Security and Privacy Our website is safe and secure. All transactions will be on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds. Sales Tax
Blooming Lotus is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Missouri.
