There are as many unique recipes for a wellness lifestyle as there are humans.  Food choices, yoga, meditation, healthy movement, time in nature, massage {& facials!}, green juice and golden mylk. I utilize my knowledge of aromatherapy, ayurveda, western herbalism, gua sha and aroma acupoint therapy to provide a completely customized, holistic facial treatment.
